Whats’s The Program?

 

Phase: Preseason

Objective: Acclimation/Mobility

Duration: 3-4 weeks

The Fuel Plan

Sugar Detox

Preseason’s Fuel Plan Focus is Sugar Detox When done Cold Turkey. It takes One week to detox from Added sugars. Use this guide to help you slowly detox from Sugar. This Lasts Two Weeks.

The Training Sessions 

You are meant to be training 3 days a week during preseason. Typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursdays are reserved for active recovery and self care. Weekends are off.

*As long as you get your three seasons in it doesn’t really matter which days you choose to do them.

Warm Up/General Strength

Each session always starts with either a warm up or a general strength circuit. Look at your training session log carefully to know which is called for.

Medicine Ball/Jump Series

Each session will include either a medicine ball circuit or a jump series program. Look at your training session log carefully to know which is called for. Try not to do the same circuit or program twice in a week.

Hip Hurdle Mobility/Core/Cool Down

Included in every workout. Just change it up each time.

The Gym Sessions

No Weight Room during this Preseason Phase of training.

Recovery Work 

Just as important as doing the training sessions. Do what you like, as needed. Additionally, utilize chiropractic and massage services.
