What to expect:

Vision: a brief but thorough discussion about why it’s important to have a “why” and how to learn what yours is.

Body: How to take care of it better! This section covers: Nutrition and Recovery. Including the effect your cell phones and tablets have on your body!

Attitude: How to develop mental toughness. Where confidence really comes from. Where consistent performances come from.

101: We go over common drills, learn how to do them correctly. Coaches are able to request that I demonstrate drills for them that their team often struggles with. For example, in one crash course I taught everyone how to bound step by step.

Team: is an exchanging of contact info with with me and/or their peers. So that we can remain in touch and accountable for our goals.

During the crash course each attendee has a workbook to map out their goals, create fuel plans, create a mental toughness strategy, write out execution check lists, and the instantly faster speed prep check list.

You’ll leave the crash course with a spike bag, a competition mantra band, a Crash Course book that includes Why You’re Not a Track Star (the ebook that started it all), Pre Season Prep ( the $30 workbook that will change your season in just 12 days), and a Meal Map to help you lean and sculpt your core.
